LONG BEACH HOME SALES TREND FALL AND WINTER 2011
We are still looking very good in terms of the number of homes sales for early winter. Only 19 homes less than the previous month as people just settled in for fall school schedules. The holiday times usually see a drop-off as people generally do not like to move during that time. On the other hand there are many buyers who take advantage of the slowdown to put in offers that are then heavily considered as sellers want to start the new year fresh with hope of a pending sale.
